Massive waterfall, dangerously close but not unpleasant. The sheer volume of water that passes every second is so large that it is a constant roar with just a little detail coming from only the very closest sections; all other detail is swallowed whole by the collective rush. There is no better sound for masking external noise. (Noise masking in this context is the act of obscuring an unwanted sound with another more agreeable sound) Many of the “sleep machines” available in stores generate an electronic variant of this sound, known as white noise. White noise is a sound that contains an even balance of all frequencies in the audio spectrum, similar to a radio tuned between stations, and is known for its noise-masking properties. The rushing of a waterfall is the natural form.

Just like the description says. But not quite regular white noise. I find the static sound irritating. This is close to that but not exactly. This track genuinely sounds like your sitting near a waterfall or are in a steady torrential downpour, not the typical waterfall sound that vibrates your speakers and sounds cheap (like vibration & static). It’s hard to explain but the description is very accurate and masks outside noise very well.
This is by far the best noise-masking track in the catalogue. It's also incredibly relaxing if you focus on the close gurgling sounds in the landscape. I use this for reading outside when people are mowing the grass or weed-whacking. It's the only track that masks the sound completely, while still being pleasant at higher volumes! Must-have.
I work an office that is adjacent to a meeting room. Speaker conference calls and loud interruptions are frequent when people don't shut the door. White Water Fall masks the sound completely! The amazing thing is that music is a distraction to me now as opposed to this track that helps me actually focus better! Love it! Best white noise track!

Intense white noise from a huge waterfall. There's a little bit of a gurgling pool off to the side just to mix things up. This track was able to block the sound of a noisy fan very well.

At bedtime, White Waterfall does a very good job of masking the whine and roar of trucks on the interstate. At work, it does a very good job drowning out conversations in the hall outside my office door. Highly recommended.
Absolute best track for drowning out noise, whether it be a noisy office or window seat on an airliner. Perfect for napping in less than ideal surroundings, it works everytime for me. This track is essential.
Wow. Now this is as close as I can possibly get to a waterfall living in the Midlands! This track really is very real-sounding. Whilst it is primarily a white noise track, excellent at masking outer noise, it is infact one of the only tracks that I will recommend knocking up a few decibels. It seems that the waterfall sounds more realistic the higher the volume gets, and let's face it, waterfalls in their essence are rather loud and majestic forces of nature aren't they? Whilst there isn't much variety throughout the track, it really does do the trick if it's a realistic sounding waterfall you're after, and the 3D effect is wonderful. The bubbling of the water to your right as the water falls off over to the left leaves a rather grounding, calming effect, even when turned up loud. This is yet another that I highly recommend.
Perfect for noise masking. I'm in the hospital and there is constant beeping and loud sounds and people in pain. This drowns them all out with a very pleasant hypnotic sound that actually allowed me to get a little sleep in a place where it's normally impossible. Thank you Naturespace!!
Strong sense of White noise, You can hear the river gurgle as the water streams over the rocks and you can make out the mist coming from the bottom. I though Ice Wind was a lot of whit noise too yet that track grew on me in a way that this one naver did.
As an avid whitewater kayaker who has run several waterfalls I have to say this is a fantastic recording. There is the steady roar of the water coming off the falls but its not monotonous. The sound of the mist coming back off the falls is fantastic. Great track to sleep to.
Strong water fall sound in front and misting away to the left, while gurgling and flow of the river is on the right - so it's not all that monotonous for a pure big waterfall sound. You can imagine yourself atop the cliff or at the bottom. The rush is constant, effervescent. This is the roar of natural white noise at its finest and is definitely the best Water Fall I've heard over headphones ever. If you like waterfalls, this is a must.
