The Sedona Triangle
By Naturespace · 22 reviews ·
Mid-spring, Cathedral Rock vortex in Sedona Arizona. This track is comprised of sounds from 3 locations positioned in an equilateral triangle around the vortex. The first location is in motion, slowly exploring the river. The second location is underneath a line of trees with soft crickets and an occasional breeze. The third location is in open space with many birds passing through and bathing in a nearby puddle. These three spaces are layered and woven together, with the focus shifting in emphasis between them in a steady cycle, but they all remain present to some degree at all times. The cycle becomes hypnotic and is held together by a softly shimmering tonality similar to the track Riverwind Dreaming. This is a classic Naturespace abstract, and is very effective at creating a positive mood. A strong sense of daytime throughout. Excellent on both speakers and headphones.

Stellar track, great for focusing, meditating, walking or relaxing! I really enjoy the tonalities that are interwoven with the gentle lapping of the river, the happy little birds and the comforting wind. I primary use this track for daytime activities like walking and reading, but I imagine it's great for falling asleep, especially if you have any anxieties about going to bed. In my book, this recording is a must-buy. I'd recommend it for anyone.
This track is amongs one of my favorites in the Abstract category. I like the way the environment changes around you, involking concentration on different elements. In one instance, you are focusing on water, listening to waves and the bubbling sound of the river. Then it's off to the trees, where you hear chipper bird song and pleasant bird calls. Then a gentle wind picks up, giving you a cooling effect. No one element over powers the next. The soft tonal sound present throughout the track in the background is quite pleasant. There's even a flying insect whizzing by! Such a lovely, spa-likeSpace.
Love it! So relaxing. Soothes me as I fall asleep every night.
This track is my sleep-aid. Thank you,
This track is amazing. It starts off quietly, simply with a warm background note and gentle waves, lapping softly at you from both sides. As the track progresses, a few sweet birds are added, followed closely by a swift yet gentle wind. Somewhere in there the humming of crickets or cicada, I can't tell which, are added in. This track is beautiful and calming.
An amazing beautiful track I find. It's the perfect setting I find to reading The Hunger Games. Often while reading I had this particular track going. It set that perfect mood I found. One of my faves.
Meditative and soothing. Excellent for meditation and relaxation.
This track is truly soothing. None of the components are too intense, all are in gentle harmony with one another. The musical track is very light and never too close to the front. Beautiful.
I'm a person who Love nature, if your looking for a track that involves imagination, your at the right place. The swooshing water around your feet of a shallow and clean river. A bird! It flys over your head and gently floats and perches on a branch. A large forest towers over you like a castle as you see the expanded area of nature, facing a rock wall. Buy this track, you won't regret it
Upon listening to the introductory tracks, I knew I wished to explore more. And now, I am glad that I did. For my 1st purchased track, I chose The Sedona Triangle. How glorious is all that I can say! Lyrical, gentle, calming, peaceful.....I could continue. Upon awakening in the morning or resting in the evening, these sounds seem appropriate for both occasions. My iPad is a perfect fit for Naturespace. I am transported to the land of Red Rocks, Sedona. I have slept upon this landscape and walked the Earth there over an extended period of time. Your offering did not disappoint my high expectations. I look forward to many years of enjoyment. Selina
An amazing track. One of the three that I read a rather amazing series to! The Hunger Games. The sounds seem to be perfect for the setting of the woods and story. The tonality I find brings the mystery and the feel of the story. It's as if this particular sound was made for the books. I love how it's also soothing and soft. How it just relaxes you.
Sedona Triangle reminds me of the track Life After Life. You have water swirling around you lapping against the rocks or shore. Birds sing one bird call reminds me of a monkey. There are some insect on this track as well but they are not unpleasant even the singular bee that flys by. There is a nice tonality that doesn't overwhelm nature. Very enjoyable. Excellent track to wake up to.
Lovely track...can you comment on your recording technology? You mention triangulation. (COMMENT FROM NATURESPACE... The triangulation only refers to the fact that the recordings were done in three places, not in reference to mic technique. We do, at times however, use phased arrays of three mics in a triangle, but not on this track.
This is my fav track - amazing sounds of water and nature swirl between your ears with a soothing ambient track in the background, perfect for relaxing and meditating too.
The only category that has tracks with tonalities is here, in the Abstract category. Sci-Fi is also obviously not pure natural sound, but sound design. All other categories are tonality free, and their natural purity is unaltered and pristine. The entirety of the Naturespace catalog is pure natural sound, with the exception of the Abstract and Sci-fi categories.
Extremely relaxing
Magic track, gentle and beautiful. Appeasing. Really.
This is the only one that has tonalities that I like, and I really like this one. The tones and the birds are subtle, so it is relaxing and there are some pretty nice wing flaps. The change of setting makes it so interesting, I'm hooked.
The tones in this track are much more subtle here than in Riverwind Dreaming, providing a soft, ambient backdrop. I imagine walking along a small stream sheltered by trees, where birds play and bath around you. Aside from the occasional fluttering as a bird flits by or baths near you, most of the birds sound like they are quite high in the trees. The wind picks up occasionally, but it remains in the treetops where it can’t disturb you as you dip your toes in the creek. There are a few very quiet crickets and insects. Like in Zen Wind and Water, the focus slowly shifts from one aspect of the scene to another in a very natural way. Great track.
Very very soothing and so realistic. Much prefered over my busy street noise!
This track is bright and airy. I love the swirling water. There is a nice wind that moves through the space and musical atmosphere is very dreamy and contemplative. The birds are perfect and happy with a couple of nice occasional wing flaps. If you like the tracks with tones, get this one!
