兩百噸對上一萬匹馬力，就是百分之百到位。來自全美各地的列車在菱形交會處縱橫穿越，彼此交錯。一列離開，下一列就進來。 總計約三千六百噸的重量，由十八萬匹馬力一起推動。車廂滾過鋼軌時，鮮明而粗獷的聲音色彩像塗鴉一樣灑開；響亮的汽笛接連響起，宣告下一輛柴油車頭靠近。寬闊的鐵軌唱著，音高與列車速度成正比；金屬車輪像琴弓一樣，在承重的鋼鐵弦上拉過。 列車行進方向交替變換，先是幾分鐘由左到右的移動，接著換成由右到左。這樣來回切換，會讓思緒開始運轉，也很能激發想法。 這段很長、很強勁、也很大膽，把背後的巨大力量整個帶出來。它變化很多，包含多次響亮汽笛，不適合用來入睡。這是一種很直接的列車體驗，建議用好的耳機或音響來聽。 如果把音量調低，它也能有效遮蓋外在干擾，例如忙碌的辦公室或吵雜的鄰居環境。

This track! It’s become one of my favorites in the train series. I love the sound of the engines, the horns and the cars going along the track. I miss hearing this sound as I’ve moved from a place that no longer has such sounds. Growing up I lived close to train tracks so this sound was a part of my daily life. I would only hear these sounds during times I would visit home, but now three hours away I can hear this familiar favorite sound anywhere and anytime! Thanks for for this train sound. And I also love how each horn sounds different as well. You’ve captured my heart completely with this one!!
