Abundance

Rocky Mountain National Park, 7am, spring. The stream washes through the glen, as a cool breeze descends along its length. Active and spacious, the birds convey nothing but praise for the bounty before them. It must be like a candy world, with delicious gumdrops and jelly beans, just ripe after the morning dew, that dangle from the minty leaves as the lemonade cascades down the cinnamon riverbank. Butterscotch sunflowers drip their nectar onto the frosted ants, who gum up into a crunchy sweetness that's goes perfectly with the licorice twiglets that are so copious that they create a carpet on the forest floor. Singing seems the obvious thing to do.

This track has birds, which isn’t a favorite sound of mine, but the water (white noise) is louder than the birds. The birds seem a little further away and their chirps are happy and gentle. Great track to wake up to. Just feels happy & serene. I wake up pretty easily so if you’re a heavy sleeper and need a loud sound to wake you, you might not want to use it as your alarm, for me, the birds in the track are just enough to wake me with a smile.

There is an abundance of life here. There are all types of birdsong in this track with an undertone of a vigorous river nearby. The river sounds wide and the rushing water sounds fairly deep. If you listen carefully, you can hear the water splash and swirl around the rocks. The space seems open and vast with tall trees. The various birdsong melodies are interesting and pleasant. There is so much depth ... you can get a sense of what is high above in the trees, what is at ground level with you, what is close and what is far away. Awesome daytime track.

A very bright and pretty track. Also soothing. The stream sounds almost "creamy" as it rolls around you. It is a merger of a stream track with a bright spring morning. It allows for some sound masking (with the roll of the steam) but couples it with alerting bird song. It is a pleasant combination. I struggle a bit with the textual description which is very metaphorical (the candy land metaphor) which is poetic but for me makes it harder to just visualize the natural scene. I like textual descriptions that are very straight forward and serve as reinforcement to the actual environment. It is not my top favorite track but still worthy of the NatureSpace brand.

This is a peaceful track in a similar vein as Utopia and Idyllica Tremens. A swift but small creek runs past you while birds sing from above. Some of the birds can be heard flying by, but they aren't close enough to hear their wings like in some tracks, you just hear their calls move from one side to the other above you. A nice track for convincing your mind that all is right in the world.

A beautiful track to relax to. I downloaded it after lying down for the night and a few minutes later I was dozing off. I woke myself up enough to write this review. Bravo Naturespace.
