Selfoss é uma imensa parede curva de água que despenca no lendário rio Jökulsá á Fjöllum, correndo em direção ao distante Öxarfjörður, onde se encontra com o mar Ártico. O vento varre a face da queda, lançando o sopro do rio para o alto. Penhascos negros, nus, emolduram a larga boca da queda, enquanto a água torrencial se derrama no canal. Esta faixa foi gravada a uma distância média, o que permite ouvir mais detalhes da água. A base de Selfoss é muito turbulenta, girando com grande força, e isso está no som. Very similar to dettifoss but gentler. From the samples I thought dettifloss would be the more gentle sound, but after purchasing both, this one is definitely a bit softer of a sound.
