Morgenspaziergang

By Naturespace · 13 reviews ·

While I absolutely love this track, it doesn't actually sound like the walker is moving. Surrounding birds and crickets are constantly in the same positions throughout the track. This doesn't stop it from being a positive and relaxing ambiance.

This one I did not like at first But now it is great for me when I am going for a walk round my park . The birds sing great and the noise of the footsteps feels like I am making them

Sensational! I have always been captivated by these sounds. Footsteps in nature, especially dry brush under the feet. Terrific!

I loved the birds and insects, but could do without the footsteps. It became a little monotonous and too fast. Most people on a liesurely stroll don't walk this fast. After awhile started to sound like a skipping record. Sorry, i love all the others, but this one not my favorite because of the footstep sounds.

Divine. Enough said.

Very cool! I wouldn't sleep to it though, because it would sound like someone sneaking up on me.

A big favorite! Love the sound of the feet walking through the brush. Gives a very journeying feel of walking in the woods in summer through mid-autumn (depending on your location) because of the morning crickets. Wonderful for imagining yourself moving through a landscape.((And I would love to see more like this one with footsteps - perhaps a late autumn evening/nighttime journey walking over the dead leaves with pauses for looking up at the stars while a light chilly breeze blows?)

Much better at a low volume, the footsteps don't sound AS intrusive and dominating. I agree with the comments of others, the footsteps are too brisk unfortunately, which is a shame.

A good track, but I do agree with some of the others about the footsteps. Also some of the birds and crickets sound far off, more like an afternoon instead of and early morning when the air is dense. I was hoping for that early morning sound of just a bird or two just as everything starts to wake.

I really like this track, and second what the earlier reviewer said about the birds being higher in the trees. Don’t get me wrong, I love the bird song tracks, but there’s something a little more relaxed about the birds providing a backdrop rather than a focus. I also love the fact that there are both crickets and birds in this track. The image provided for Morning Pathwalk is pretty perfect for what it invokes – an early morning walk through a misty forest. My only complaint is that the footsteps are a bit more overpowering than I would have liked. They don’t prevent me from loving this track, but I think they are both a little too fast and a little too loud to get the full relaxing effect I think that Morning Pathwalk otherwise would provide. I would like to imagine my walk being a little more stealthy, so as not to scare off any wildlife.

This has glorious sounds of nature in the woods, and the footsteps are very real sounding, just like slippers. The only qualm I have about it is that the footsteps are too fast. It doesn't sound like a leisurely stroll, the steps sound rushed like the person has a destination with a time limit to get there. So it's not relaxing in that way for me.

Bright but gentle. There are many birds, but they are located high in the trees. So they're songs are a little hushed and echoed. There are crickets deep in the forest as well, and they are also on the quieter side. The footsteps did not bother me as much as I thought they would.

Official Naturespace description is one of my favorites--telling the perfect storyline to set-up this track. But it doesn't give you all the facts of what is contained on the track, which would be dull and boring. So that's where I come in! Yes, you hear the steady sound of footsteps continuously throughout the track. But as the description reads, you are walking in slippers, and the sound of the footsteps is wonderfully rich, yet as soft as you would expect fuzzy slippers to sound walking down a dirt and grass path. Because the sound of the footsteps is subtle and rhythmic, it really does a great job of lulling me off to sleep--perfect for an afternoon nap. There is great atmosphere on this track. This is one of those tracks where less is more. There are birds heard chirping and twittering constantly throughout the track. Little birdies, similar to what is heard on "Daybreak Songbirds", only there are fewer birds and they are all located way up high in the treetops, so their song is in the middle and background only. Also up in those treetops are some buzzing cicadas or crickets--a continuous trill that is also way up high in the trees and subtle enough not to overpower or stand out on the track, but blends in nicely with the birds and atmosphere. There is a very light wind that blows through the trees, but its presence is more felt than heard. It's there though. You can hear it if you crank up the volume, but you definitely don't want to do that with this track. Play at low volume over good headphones...and relax. My impressions. This is my favorite track from this category. Finally, a track with birds lightly and pleasantly calling up in the trees where they belong! The sound of the footsteps is phenomenal. There is one other new track with footsteps, "Walk to the Beach", which, while good, is not as successful to me as this one. The walking just goes on forever, or until you fall asleep. Virtually no detection of the looping, but I'm guessing the track is around the somewhat standard 4 minutes in length. There are, generally speaking, two types of Naturespace tracks. Those that are more complex having various layers to them that ebb and flow over the course of the track, and those that are even and repetitious from beginning of track to the end. This track is of the latter type. The rhythmic nature of theses types of tracks is very soothing, and this one is no exception. It's beautifully 3-D in a very subtle way. The soft earthy footsteps make it a very unique environmental nature track. Unless you have an aversion to the sound of walking this track is a must-have for any Naturespace lover. I held off on getting this one, and was very pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it.
