赫利俄斯墜落

By Naturespace · 26 reviews ·

I love this one, except, there seems to be one particular cricket who is too close to the microphone and that is more of a destraction than a pleasure. I really like the owl and think it is perfect where it is.

A superb blend of crickets and frogs, and ??? 😍

This is the greatest sleep tool I have. It helps so much to relax me. I love that owl - you can hear peace and tranquility all night long. I never ever ever sleep without my Naturespace

Great track. Reminds me of my cabin in Wisconsin.

This is a wonderful evening track. It reminds me of dusk in the country. As the sun sets, the crickets become loud and visible. Leaves and grass rustle in the wind. I can hear an animal to the right of me move in the brush; An owl's call at a distance to the left of me; The faint buzz of an insect nearby, but not too close; Faint birdsong; and, The flutter of wings from something flying overhead. The evening is so peaceful. As I listen to hear what's going to happen next, and the evening song changes to night song, it lulls me to sleep. Great track NatureSpace.

Great for falling asleep to.....

A nice, quite track... suggesting a serene night. I only wished the owl was not shouting 9 times. (Naturespace comment: The word shouting makes us think you are listening too loud, the owl is 500 yards away and should be soft. Listening to Naturespace too loud distorts the realism and makes pleasant sounds unpleasant.)

This track is one of my favorites and I downloaded it to assist canceling out background noise for sleep assist. Reminds me of our old camping trips on Lake Shasta, snuggled in our sleeping bags along the shoreline. The crickets and the wind rising and falling lulled me to sleep but unfortunately the Owl woke me up. I found myself fixated waiting for the owl to come around and started counting the darn things hoots. I wish I had this very track minus the owl. By the way, the owl hoots 8 times, and takes a break, then comes the wind...

This track is absolutely the best. I love the voices of the crickets and due to ear infections I'm dealing with high-frequency hearing loss. You don't realize how dear the songs of the night-singers are until you can no longer hear them! I run this loop during my workday and into the evening. Reminds me of my grandparents home in the rural Connecticut hills on a hot August night. If possible, some more cricket-heavy tracks with the pitch adjusted down (like the September crickets that are lower-pitched and have a slower repeat) for us with high-end hearing loss would be a Godsend. Can't say enough good about this track. Love it. Thank you so much for making it available. Regards.

This is my favorite track to listen to when I go to sleep!! It's peaceful, calming, and gives you the feeling of being in the wide open spaces of the country or mountains! HIGHLY recommend it!! :)

I have downloaded this and Cicadas because I love the sound of crickets. They are both nice, but don't quite deliver me back to a summer night in New England where the variety of crickets is surpassed only but the incredible volume. Please recreate that!

The best recording of crickets and night insects EVER. My only complaint is that this track seems to have been recorded a bit louder than most of the others, so it's difficult to listen to on my headphones; even getting my iPod Touch as quiet as I can, it's still a bit too loud. (I probably just need better headphones--ones on which I can make further volume adjustments). However, when I'm sleeping, I prefer to use speakers anyway. It's easy to get it just the right volume, and it still sounds absolutely fantastic. Wind and crickets are my two favorite sounds in the world, so this could very well be my favorite track in the Naturespace collection. Great job, guys!

I LOVE this track!! I'm an avid camper & it makes me feel like it's a warm summer night while I lie in my tent listening to the wonders of nature around me! I have a hard time falling asleep but after using this for a little over a week, I have slept better than I have in months! Thank You!!

I own most of Naturespace's evening tracks, and they are all different enough that I don't regret any of my purchases. Helios Falling features the most variety. I get the feeling of being in a field on the edge of a woodland. In addition to the classic chirp of crickets, you can hear several other nocturnal creatures throughout the track, and what sounds like an animal or two moving through the brush. A gentle wind blows by once in a while, but it's not the primary feature of the track.

It is a still night in the woods, and an owl call reverberates from a distant tree as crickets and katydids perform a thick chorus around you. They seem to be high in the trees above and several yards ahead of you among the tall grasses in the clearing. Occasionally one particularly loud insect breaks through the mix right in front of you, and can seem to be almost in your head. A very light, intermittent breeze comes through to rustle the leaves now and then. Personally, I find this one more useful as room ambience through speakers than in my headphones - the relentless high frequency of the insects can be fatiguing to the ears. If you like crickets, though, this one's for you.

This is like a swampy environment, it's a cool environment, not so much humid and gross feeling, very sleepable to, it's kinda like your walking around and exploring it too....

★★★★★

This one is in my top three. Thick crickets and a distant owl. I can imagine myself standing in a grassy field watching the sun set when I listen to it. Perfect for sleeping or relaxing after a hard day's work.

★★★★★

I found that the sound of the katydids was too overpowering for me. I reccomend the lowest volume setting with the speakers under a pillow. I wish I had chosen a not so involved sound.

★★★★★

I love this track. It is a fantastic night scene. The owl is magic and really far away. Nice. I've listened to this track all night on many occasions as it reminds me of tent camping in the woods as a child.

This could be any evening between the Summer Solstice and early October. Crickets are very loud while the sound of the owl is very distant and hard to hear if the audio is kept low. I was expecting the owl to be closer from the description, but I am not disappointed in the overall effect. Keep in mind, this is not a "hooting" owl sound, but more of a "hunting" owl on the wing. (I would love to see one of these programs with a hooting barn owl, or an owl much closer. I'm a big owl person.)
