Of the numerous "beach" Naturespace tracks (and I do own almost all of them), Sun Falling into Water is my favorite of them. I do not really know how to properly describe this track other than that it "sounds right". It makes me feel like I am dozing off on the beach at Ocean City, Maryland and that I am the only person on the beach (man, would that ever be amazing), and I enjoy this track very much. If you're looking for a beach and waves track this is the one that I would recommend over all of the others; as good as they are, I feel that this one is the best.
I have every Naturespace ocean track to date and this one really captures that spatial feeling of the droning lull of the waves far away as well as crashing nearby. For a moment I literally forgot I was wearing headphones because the sound was so expansive, it was only the mechanical tightness over my head that pulled me back into reality. This brings me right back to the lazy Sundays I would spend at the beach, drifting off in the baking sun in the empty cove that was mine alone for those few hours hours. This is my new favorite waves track. 10/10
I got a variety of tracks from the Wave Category and I am glad I got this one. Very relaxing and great to sleep to.
The best-paced wave app IMHO, and perfect for masking my tinnitus. Beautifully recorded. It would be great if we could merge some of the thunderclaps from your excellent thunderstorm apps!
Sound carries best in the evening. Perhaps why this is so crisp and clear. It's my go-to loop for relaxation. Really great fidelity and atmosphere. Thanks!
This is by far my favorite wave track to sleep to. It's the perfect balance of roar, splash and fizz and no birds. I wasn't that impressed with the preview, but I am so glad I bought it anyway. It's amazing; you need this track. The reason I prefer to sleep tothis track over liquid phase is that it's a bit more constant. Liquid phase is awesome but there is a point in between each wave where it's almost too quiet and external noise (like a dog barking) can sneak in. I use Naturespace daily and every night, all night and I have been for maybe 2 years. I own just about every storm and beach track they offer. I'm looking forward to a beach storm track someday. Something with waves like these in Sun Falling, rain like Back Home, and thunder from Nikola Tesla.
I have both insomnia and tinnitus. Sleep is greatly encouraged by Naturespace and I've used a number of their tracks over the last few years. This track, however, is the best ocean/tide to date. It's tone is perfect--not too treble and loud enough throughout to completely block background noise.
soso 4/10
I sit on the beach staring across a seemingly endless expanse of ocean listening to waves crashing around me. This is my new favorite waves track (the other is The Beach). Listen quietly with headphones, or over speakers, and let the soothing sound of the ocean lull you to sleep. Well done, Naturespace!!
Naturespace always manages to present a new and different style of ocean sound with each wave track, and this is no exception. Like many of their new tracks, this may be one of the best in its category, although you can't really go wrong with any of their wave tracks. This one is great in that it combines many different types of wave sounds into one dynamic track. You can hear the curl of the waves, which seem to come from all around you. There are gentle waves and crashing waves, and they roll in from a great distance. Both the fizzing characteristic of sea waves on sand and the more more "wet" sound of water swirling against rocks are present. Naturespace has some wave tracks that are slow and hypnotic, and others that are very active and dynamic, and this one is in the more dynamic range while still being relaxed enough for easy sleep. A must have for any wave lover and a good choice for anyone who is looking for just one wave track that captures multiple moods.
This beach track is so realistic to when I close my eyes while sitting up straight and a wave comes towards me I feel the sensation of swaying backwards. It's a "simple" track as there are really only waves but its still dynamic as you can perceive waves to both sides when the waves in front of you recede. To me, this is a very hypnotic and restful each track.
My new favorite "beach" sound. Somehow paced perfectly for me, this reminds me of the summers I've spent in Charleston and in the Bahamas. A dynamic but gentle ocean sound without obvious wind or birds. I can hear more fizz here using speakers which is something that I miss in some of the other tracks, as my husband really likes to listen to beach sounds at night. He is in Hawaii visiting his Mom and this sound brings me closer to him. Thanks Naturespace!
