Ritmos de circádia
By Naturespace · 12 reviews ·

This is wonderful! So nice and quiet!
I love cricket songs and the sounds of the night, so I had to get this one. Just a caution, I find this track does not mask the noise from the television well, so if your household is noisy or you have someone who likes to sleep with a television on, you may want to keep this in mind. I like to listen to this when I am having quiet time or when my household is quiet.
Love this, it reminds me of Florida!
Love this or sleeping at night!!!!! So realistic, reminds me of my home in Florida!
Track description is highly accurate: makes you feel warm, shuts out all noise and amazingly yes, gets songs out of your head. However, it was spoiled as soon as I realised that there was only about 50 seconds of audio before looping, which is marked out by a buzzing bug's Doppler effect as it whizzes by. Amazing though, still listening after three years, just wish it was a little longer.
This one is up there in my all-time favorites. Over headphones, it quiets my mind very effectively. I've used it in meditation to help ease away the human compulsion to over-think. I play this over speakers at night to provide an extra dimension to the room. Great in any season. I recommend lighting a few candles, turning off all electric lights and burning some of your favourite incense when listening to this track. Your mind will go quiet almost instantly. Peace abounds.
Crickets always remind me of colder weather, like autumn… so when I read the description for Rhythms of Circadia, I wasn't sure how it would help ease winter-fatigue. But, after listening to it in the dead of winter, I realized how much the cricket is apart of the Summer soundscape. Although, I think there are cicadas in the mix. Which may be what gives the crickets a Mid-Summer Night's sound.
Reminds me of camping out under the stars atop Okemo mountain during mid summer. Watching the satellites crossing the endless vast reaches of a starry skied night. The light from the moon touches the soft canopy of spruce and pine tree tops. Makes you feel so insignificant sitting high atop the lush evergreen world. Natures song of summer's night ruminates and echoes from every corner and niche of this peaceful, tranquil habitat. This track automatically puts me at rest after a stressful day. I meditate at the end of every day to reflect and appreciate all the gifts that have been given to me. This track is so soothing. I absolutely love listening to the melodious chirp of the crickets, cicadas, frogs and occasional bird chirp. I'm so glad I downloaded this track. Thank you!
I don't usually post reviews, but I thought it necessary for this track. At first I didn't like it because the high-pitched chirping was all I noticed, but the more I listened, the more I heard. I have extremely sensitive hearing, so any high-pitched or overly loud noise can be very irritating, but as I listen to this track more, I focus not on how loud the higher noises are, but how the noises sound together. Altogether a very pleasant track and easy to fall asleep to. For anyone with sensitive hearing like mine, give it another try and don't focus on any particular aspect of the track.
Probably one of my favorites because it doesn't have the constant running water sound. In real life sounds of lakes, there are spots where the flow of water is not audibly discernible, but yet almost all sounds of bodies of water from NatureSpace has running water. The chirping of crickets without sound of water is soothing.
This one sounds like a serene evening in a lush forest to me. The primary focus is the various night insects. It sounds like there are at least three kinds of crickets on this track. In addition, there seems to be a hint of a night bird singing in the distance. Unlike the other night sounds, this one has no wind, only the faint sound of ambient air that lets you know you're outdoors.
This track along with "Loki" are the two that I listen to while winding down for the night. The Naturespace description is accurate. It's mostly crickets but the recording is sublime. This track has a great summer evening sound. It's amazing on my bedroom stereo. I listen almost every night. When I'm looking for a 'wet' environment, I use "Loki" in the same way. Fantastic!
