Little disappointed in this one. Although this is relaxing, having sailed quite a bit myself feels it doesn’t sound as much like sailing as it does more like you’re sitting at the bay with the repetitive small waves continuously lapping against the shore with your paperwork flapping in the wind. Perhaps the mic was too close to the water on what was more of a calm day? I was hoping for more of the bass-y “FWOMP” noises of the wind filling the sails and the occasional “Ting ting ting noise” of the rigging against the mast but none the less it’s still nice to listen to.

This is an excellent track. It very much captures the sound of being on a sailboat. I love sailing and being on the water and there is nothing like this out there that I know of. The waves are a prominent sound, seagulls seem to hover overhead, and a hint of a sail fluttering in the wind. It is great to read or just relax with this in the background.

I love the sounds of the rigging thwapping in the wind and the waves rippling against the hull, along with Aegir this begins to tell the story of a sailing ship that has made it through the storm. Now I guess we need "Smooth sailing'" and "Becalmed".....

Very detailed, perhaps TOO detailed. As another reviewer pointed out, it makes me seasick! I suppose if you like heavy waves, seagulls in the distance, then this is the sound for you!

It feels so real it actually made me sea sick, and its so easy to imagine you are on a wooden boat with crashing waves, by far the best sound!!!

To me, this track invokes a different image than shown in the artwork in that I get the sense of sailing on a warm, sunny day. The waves don't sound very threatening and there is no wind, just distant seagulls and the sounds of the boat in the foreground. It definitely sounds like a small modern boat, not like the creaking wooden bulk heard in Aegir. Not quite my taste personally, but someone who enjoys the idea of sailing would love the realistic scene this invokes.

I loved Aegir and hoped for more along the same line. In this track there is more of a sense that you are on a boat. There's more "boat sounds" as well as an occasional seagull in the distance.
