I Corvi

I have over 30 tracks from Naturespace and they are all so amazing. Each does something different and brings me to a place I love. The Crows is simply one of my absolute favorites. I love crows and was so happy when they were introduced here a few years ago. Still one of my go-to tracks when I really want to get away. Especially because it’s not tranquil but filled with these incredible birds and the other sounds.
I live in Phoenix, so it goes with out saying that I never get the chance to hear any nature at all. When I do, it is always mared by the sound of traffic, and other ugly ssounds of the city. So, this app has been amazing!!! Anyway, about the track. I love the sound of crows! To me, it has always been a sound of authority. This is a beautiful track, and the other sounds which are a natural part of the track are breath taking. At one point, I had to take out my ear bud to make sure that there were no bugs in my ear. That is how real this track is. The whole experience is nothing short of epic!!!
I love this track. Crow is one of my Native totems. Contrary to what the description says and the other reviews I actually find this track relaxing. It's a wonderful change of pace from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
I used to work at a health clinic where a flock of crows had taken up residence in the kudzu covered trees behind the building. One of the crows, "Fred" had apparently been someone's pet and he used to peck on the door glass to be let inside. This really freaked out our patients because crows pecking on the window are a sign of impending death in this area. But the crows and the trees and the kudzu were very much alive. In fact, Fred picked the weather-stripping out of the side door and used it for a swing! He and his buddies used to watch out for us and would caw like this whenever a strange car or a new person came around. Since the building was a temporary building, (read triple-wide trailer) you could hear them inside, so they were acting as a burgler alarm, much the same as the crows in this track. The chirp of the bird as the bear forages even sort of sounds like Fred pecking on the glass....To me, therefore, this is kind of a relaxing track if I listen at a low volume. I can hear the fountain running in the lobby, the thinks and clunk of the patient room doors shutting in the other half of the building, and Fred and his buddies in the trees and on the walkway railings outside my office window. Probably not the most relaxing track for most people, i find it familiar, and it is definitely not as harsh as you might believe! Listen to the different crow voices, each one has his own tone, see if you can figure out which one is Fred!
Whilst, as the description suggests, this is far from relaxing, it is an incredibly detailed track and keeps your attention throughout its entirety. The subtle details of insects buzzing, branches swaying and cracking above and below, not to mention the movement of those noisy crows! Its realism is breathtaking. Don't fall asleep to this. Not that you could if you tried!
If you love the sound of crows you will be blown away by this track!
