Le Jardin Astral

By Naturespace · 10 reviews ·

This is a favorite to work to. Birds and wind through trees are lovely - the gong that sounds is cleansing and deeply beautiful. I stay calm and positive listening to this. Thankful for my Naturespace app every single day. And night too!

Gorgeous and spellbinding. I highly enjoy the mixed daytime and nighttime ambience. This one is great for relaxing or meditating in a dim room. Personally, I couldn't sleep with The Astral Garden because the bells kept waking me up with anxiety, but I don't believe this track was intended for sleep (I just happened to fall asleep with it on.) This track is very deep, so you can listen to it dozens of times and still feel entranced by its mysteries.

This track captures daybreak well. The sun has not yet risen, the crickets are still out and birds are only just rising. The over-riding focus of this track are the crystal bowls gonging which opens up the mind. I like this track for my early morning meditation which occurs before the sun is up. I then progress to the more active tracks as the sun rises. Astral Garden nicely depicts that void in the morning as night ends and before nature starts it awakening. The sparse quality to it naturally invites the mind to awaken to insight. If you are dream journaling or interpreting then this would be a great track to listen to for garnering insight or remembering your dreams upon awakening. I've had it happen to me while listening to this track, I get a sudden recall of a dream. It's a tonal version of Lucid Morning. There are crickets, very sparse birds, light winds and crystal bowls. The overall feel is one of solitude and reflection. Very nicely done and I can see why it's a best seller.

I really enjoy this track, the singing bowls sound great. The light wind and birds add to the calmness. More distant frogs add another layer. A very good and peaceful environment. Please more ;)

Sitting at the airport listening to astral garden and I literally feel that everyone else exists in another dimension or space as they rush past me. It's been a long day on the road and this is exactly what I needed

I absolutely love this- the open sound, wind, and birds are just the beginning for this. The large bells are wonderful as well. This one is great to relax to and fall asleep to! ^_^

Wow. Concentrating on the bells' overtones alone really blocks out the outside. Everything just resonates inwardly. Fantastic job, guys, looking forward to more aural excellence!

This is now one of my favorite tracks to which to meditate. It's very calming and the bells add a resonance that helps focus the mind. It would be great if N.S. added more meditative tracks like this accompanied by guided meditation. All in all a great track.

I took Naturespace to heart and had my morning meditation with this track. Make sure you're upright and not slouching to meditate. Since I often use Naturespace tracks to drift off to sleep, with this one I wanted instead to remain focused and alert. For this meditation I used a small Bose wireless speaker halfway across the room so the sound had some ambience, rather than the sense the sound was coming in one direction. For listening meditation I focused on the main bells in the recording, though I suppose you could open your meditation even more to note the distant bird calls as they arose. I focused on the the bells chime and kept my mind with it as the reverberation faded. It's natural that the mind wanders to worries of the day or planning or last night's date. When the mind wanders, simply gently nudge your mind back to the sound of the bells. I found the breeze or the distant stream on the track provides masking of background noise to increase focus. Let yourself stay in the moment. This bell. This moment. Bring your mind back again and again should it wander, and with practice you'll enhance your ability to stay focused. I used the Naturespace sleep timer to automatically shut the track off at 20 minutes to end the meditation. It's an extremely non-jarring, peaceful way to end instead of a chirping timer on your smartphone or iPad. Then go off to your day relaxed and refreshed. Typically experts suggest regular meditation, like a minimum of three to four times a week. I intend to use this Naturespace track as an occasional alternative to some of my other meditation methods and recordings. Thank you NatureSpace for another fine track.

The natural sounds on this track alone would be very relaxing. Quiet crickets combine with bird song. The birds are ambient and very chill, coming from high above. A light wind ebbs and flows and also seems to be centered high up, providing a natural and spacious white noise. The combination gives me the sense of being in a huge old forest around twilight, when a few birds are still singing and the crickets are out. Then you add in slow, resonant chimes in minor tones and the whole thing really does become magical and dreamy. This is similar to Zen River Bells, but it has a completely different feel thanks to the sedate background.
